House on Woody Creek, Co - Steven Conger Architects, 2002

Built in a unique setting, this was one of 6 homes built on a family ranch along Woody Creek. This undulating (both vertical and horizontal) structure was very complex. The home is built of ICF blocks, stone and recycled timber, with ground source heat pumps providing the heating in the adobe earth floor. I was the Project Manager, and participated in all aspects of the project from Schematic Design through Certificate of Occupancy.
